6. Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds

Our Exchange and Return Policy is available on the website and complies with the Consumer Protection Code (CDC). Customers have 7 days from the receipt of the product to request a return due to a change of mind.

For products with manufacturing defects, the claim period is 90 days. In both cases, the customer must contact our support team to receive instructions on the procedure.

Refunds will be issued according to the payment method used for the purchase, subject to the processing times of banks and credit card companies.
